HOT TAKES: An ode to Jesse Eisenberg

After recently making his directorial debut with the film “When You Finish Saving the World,” Jesse Eisenberg is back in the headlines and we are not happy about it. Why, you ask? Because the man sucks.

It’s unfair to make a sweeping statement regarding anyone’s entire personality, but there’s something about Jesse Eisenberg that makes it unbearably easy to draw conclusions. Could it be his scarily accurate portrayal of the asshole that is Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network (2010)? Perhaps, but his attitude towards women and nasty habit of making interviewers cry makes you wonder if his personal character goes beyond his “asshole roles.” We go as far to ask the question: is he even acting?

We invite you all to watch his interview with Romina Puga and then tell us you think Jesse Eisenberg is a stand up guy. Not only did he make this poor woman cry and then refuse to apologize, but he also dissed the one and only Carrot Top.

In conclusion, we won’t be joining the Jesse Eisenberg fanclub anytime soon, and as it seems he doesn’t want us either.

“I don’t want friends” – Jesse Eisenberg as Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network.
