A Fox with a Polar Bear Shell

The leaves are changing colors
Beautiful yellows, oranges, bright reds, and pinks
It’s finally getting colder
The air is more crisper
And the nights are chilly
Now it’s time to bundle up
The fur stays still and firm
Yet the shells becomes my new body
Covering my original
Torso
Legs
Head
With a vibrant array of colors
Soft
Puffy
Fluffy
Fuzzy

Wools and furs
With a cup of hot chocolate
Paired with a hat and gloves
To look under the
Cold
Clear
Skies
Whether it’s the dead of night
With shooting stars that fly by
With satellites that slowly float by
With stars that trickle in every sleeping hour
Or it’s the peaceful waking hours
For the beautiful sunrises
And the gorgeous sunsets
Life moves slower when it’s cold
Yet the atmosphere of your life
Reminds warm and lively
Make the most out of your days and nights
Embrace the change in the chill weather
And continue to shine as bright
As the stars do
On a dark, cold, peaceful night
